Event 3, Epilogue: Joining the ranks.


Myla stared at an old boarded up building in front of her, it was small and it was the old, long since out of business, Devonshire Law Firm. Though now it's used as the Rouges base, though if you asked any Rouge they'd say no. Jake and Ralph stood next to her who were there to encourage her, except Ralph who decided that this whole exploration thing might be right for him.

"I take it your ready?" Jake asked the both of them, but aimed it at Myla the most.

"More than." Ralph answered. His enthusiasm got Myla all the more excited, but she was still nervous.

"Yeah, I guess." She answered hesitantly.

"You guess?" Jake questioned. "Are you saying you're not ready?"

"Well I guess that I just didn't expect to be here so fast." Myla responded.

"You mean after living in my inn for a month, when your soon to be partner only just got here a day ago." Jake teased. Myla remembered what happened yesterday that lead them at this spot. Ralph and Myla had gone back to the inn to take medicine to all the sick staff and customers; after everyone was better we started sharing our adventure with them, Ralph kept commenting about their adventure and how fun it was, and how after being in town for only one hour he was already doing some crazy activity. Afterwards Jake mentioned to Myla about how she might be ready to finally join the Rouges, and apparently that got Ralph wondering that e could join too.

"You know I always thought it was two." Myla answered after a long pause.

This made Jake and Ralph laugh a bit, but Jake more since he knew it was probably true. "Yeah, I guess I never really counted, but hey, better late than never."

"Yeah, and I'd say that it's getting late." Ralph commented. Myla and Jake took a glance at the sky, and while it was still covered with dark clouds you could still tell where the sun was. They looked back at Ralph and gave confused looks. "Figure of speech." He said disappointingly "I can't believe you didn't get that."

"Eh, sorry, but that does give and excellent point." Jake stated. 'Myla and Ralph, I assume you know where to go?" Jake asked the both of them.

"Yes, a Ralts named Celestia told us, theirs some buried hole at the back of this building." Ralph responded while pointing at the old building in front of them. "We were given decent directions so we won't have trouble." He looked back at Myla. "Ya ready?" He asked. She answered with a nod.

""You know I always feared you'd be living by yourself when you joined the Rouges." Jake commented as Ralph and Myla headed toward the building.

Myla glanced over her shoulder and shouted. "We can always rent a room ya know." Jake gave her a 'please don't smile as they circled the building.

'You're always good at making me laugh' Myla thought. 'Yeah we'll definitely be staying.'
